📦 Repair (Postal Service)

You remove and post your screen only (not the complete ICC unit) to us.

We will:

Programable Options

Reverse Camera

A reverse camera was a factory fitted option for all FGmk2 sedans. It can easily be retrofitted to a car that didnt come with a camera standard (both sedans and utes). If you select YES to the reverse camera option, a blank screen will appear everytime the car is put into reverse until a camera is fitted. Please note that both genuine and aftermarket cameras can be used. Professional installation is recommended to avoid accidental damage.

Reverse Sensors

The reverse sensing system was fitted to all FGmk2 sedans. It works off the Parking Aid Module (PAM). Please note that all FGmk2 Utes did not receive reverse sensors nor a PAM module, so please select NO if your car is a ute. The sonar system will still beep to alert the driver even if the camera option is selected while in reverse.

Climate Zone

The ICC climate zone must be set correctly to ensure fan speed and temperature controls work correctly. Single zone ICCs have one temperature button, fan speed and a blank button that says ‘Interior Command Centre’, while dual zone ICCs have two seperate temperature buttons to control climate on both the passenger and drivers side seperately. If you have retrofitted a dual zone ICC into your single zone car, I would recommend to have the ICC screen programmed to dual zone.

Startup Screen

The ICC startup screen is the image that is displayed when the cars ignition is turned on. The startup screen can be configued to the genuine Ford or FPV splash screen. We also have the ability to upload any custom image you like onto the ICC at no extra cost, the format must be a PNG 800 x 480 image. If you would like a custom splash screen, please select the custom startup screen when adding this service to your cart and forward us the image you would like as your startup screen. Repair (Postal Service):
Customers are responsible for shipping their screen to us. Our return address will be provided in your order confirmation email. A flat rate $30 Australia Post Express with signature on delivery fee is charged at checkout to cover secure return postage back to you.

Exchange (Postal Service):
A flat  rate $30 Australia Post Express with signature on delivery fee is charged at checkout to cover shipping of the replacement screen to you. Customers are responsible for the return postage of their faulty screen. A printed return address slip will be included in the package for convenience.

Please ship the screen only, not the complete ICC
